Wellness coaching is the fundamental service we provide at Creative Living Wellness. We can guide you toward your goals by developing a plan that promotes healthy living while taking into account YOUR unique health status and lifestyle.
We’re all busy, and stressed, and can’t seem to find enough hours in the day to do everything we want or need to do.
That’s where personalized wellness coaching can help. Where little steps can add up to big results over time. Where education about food can arm you with the knowledge you need to make smart decisions at the grocery store or a restaurant.
What to Expect During Coaching Sessions
Wellness coaching starts as a conversation. We’ve worked hard to provide a comfortable setting for you to feel relaxed and at home. The more comfortable you feel, the better you can tell us your needs and goals and the better we can help.
We’ll talk about your lifestyle. What types of food are you eating now? How often do you eat out per week? Do you exercise? What in your life takes priority over devoting time to your health? What changes would you like to see in your life and your health?
You’ll leave each session with a suggested gameplan, including suggested supplements, foods to focus on and/or avoid, and other creative ideas discussed during your appointment, such as exercises to try, a recommended book, or maybe just a written reminder that you are worth it and need to take time for yourself. (We all need that reminder sometimes, don’t we?)
Before You Come For Your Appointment
Your first visit with us will last 1.5 hours. Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out our Intake and Release Forms, or download the forms and bring them with you.
Please bring any supplements that you take on a regular basis.
We are child-friendly but do ask that you bring one adult per child in order to be able to monitor the child’s noise and comfort levels.
