Nutritional Counseling Guidelines
Your first visit with us will last 1.5 hours. Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a few forms, or download the forms and bring them with you.
For best results, if you wear contacts, please make sure you can change into glasses during iris analysis.
Please have unpolished nails and try not to eat or drink anything that would affect the color or texture of your tongue. For example: coffee, peppermint or colored candy.
Please bring any supplements that you take on a regular basis.
Yoga Guidelines
Wear comfortable clothes that you would wear to an exercise class. Yoga is done barefoot, so no shoes required.
Please bring your own mat if possible for sanitation purposes; there are mats to borrow if needed.
Please fill out the Yoga Release Statement and bring it to your first session, or arrive early for your first session in order to read and sign it.
Yoga sessions are available Tuesday through Saturday by appointment.
Cellphones
Please set your phone to vibrate or silence when you arrive for your appointment.
Children
We are child-friendly but do ask that you arrange for child care for your appointment.
If we are counseling your child, please bring one adult per child in order to be able to monitor the child’s noise and comfort levels.
We do provide coloring and reading opportunities for your children, but please make sure you bring something to satisfy their needs.
Refilling Supplements
We do not have retail hours so we ask that you call ahead to place a refill order on your supplements.
Rescheduling Appointments
We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide at least 24 hours notice. This will enable us to schedule another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With cancellations made less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to offer that slot to other clients.
Appointments which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notification may be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without a call to cancel will be considered a NO SHOW. Clients who No Show two (2) or more times within a 12 month period will be required to pre-pay for any future appointments.
The Cancellation and No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the client’s next appointment.
Our practice firmly believes that good practitioner/client relationships are based upon understanding and good communication. Questions about cancellation and no show fees should be directed to the Billing Department at 864.313.8812.
